2026 Staff Applications open on January 10, 2026 at 10 AM.
Join us for our 2026 Staff Kickoff informational session in March of 2026 (Date and Time TBD) at Eastpoint Christian Church (345 Clarks Pond Pkwy, South Portland, ME)!
Applicants need to provide personal & pastoral references, agree to a background check, list church involvement, and describe their relationship with Jesus.
Applicants should be in good standing with their local church.
Applicants should be at least 18 at the start of camp.
If selected, applicants must commit to serve during the entire duration of one (or both) of the Extreme Camp and/or Express Camp. Note: Volunteers are not expected to serve at both session.
Volunteers will need to complete the online "Child Safety Training" prior to camp. You will receive a separate email from "message@protectingourkids.com" with instructions.
We plan to notify applicants of their status soon after this kickoff event.
Volunteer Perks
There is no cost to volunteer! If you’d like to help offset the $170 ministry cost per volunteer or contribute another amount, please visit our donate page.
No meal planning! All meals are provided for the entire Camp 207 duration.
Parents or legal guardians who volunteer receive a discount per camper attending. (Due to keeping our costs low, this discount unfortunately does not apply to grandparents, older siblings, or other relatives volunteering.)
We also open up grades K-2 for volunteers, provided that children are at least 5 years old. Volunteers must register these children using the same camper registration form.

Finally, you get to be part of this multi-church organization to minister to the next generation of youth!
We quite literally cannot have Camp 207 without the amazing staff members who volunteer their time each summer.
We need more volunteers to cover our two sessions in 2026 to offer a Camp 207 experience for over 400 students!

Note: The full Camp 207 schedule and handbook will be provided at the Staff Training Session 2-3 weeks before arrival day.

Our goal is to place camp staff in positions where each individual will have the opportunity to use their gifts. Since our staff will be influencing students during Camp 207 (and beyond), their lifestyle choices should reflect their love for Jesus and His teachings.
We require all staff to attend a mandatory training session prior to camp. The staff training will take place on July 21, 2025 @ 6pm at Eastpoint Christian Church (345 Clarks Pond Pkwy, South Portland, ME).
